Summer School for Data Stewards 2026

10:00 AM – 4:30 PM Training CZ

The second edition of the summer school is intended for both project and institutional data stewards. It offers a practically oriented programme focused on Jupyter Notebooks, the development of soft skills, and, last but not least, the use of the DSW tool for creating data management plans.

Open Science Workshop 2026

9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Training CZ

Open Science Workshop 2026 will provide a practical perspective on current topics in open science, research data management, and FAIR principles. Aimed at researchers, data stewards, and other interested participants, the event will showcase concrete tools, services, and examples of good practice that can be applied in the day-to-day management of research data.

Cybersecurity and resilience against foreign influence operations in EOSC CZ

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Training CZ

This event is held in the Czech language.

The workshop will outline the legal limits of cyber security following legislative amendments and focus on protecting research data, research outcomes, innovation and knowledge transfer. Participants will gain an overview of obligations related to preventing unauthorised access to or disclosure of data and of measures required from 2027 onwards.

DMP – Why me??? (for researchers)

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Training ENG

The seminar will introduce the Data Management Plan (DMP) document. The lecturer will demonstrate what such a plan looks like, explain its importance and benefits for research work, and help participants prepare to answer questions concerning their datasets when developing a DMP.
