What Is the EOSC Federation?
The EOSC Federation enables researchers to access trustworthy and secure data, software, services and other digital resources across European countries and research disciplines. It operates as a distributed network of interconnected EOSC Nodes rather than as a single centrally managed system. Individual Nodes bring together services and data sources operated by national, regional, thematic or European organisations.
Once it enters production, EOSC Node Czechia will become a fully integrated part of this network. It will give Czech researchers access to resources provided by other European Nodes while making Czech services and data available to users abroad.

- AI-enhanced Galaxy workflows: Integration of usegalaxy.cz with LLMs directly within scientific workflows, supporting annotation, metadata creation and code generation.
- SensitiveCloud for MCVAL: Multi-centre validation of an AI model for prostate cancer detection using data from Austria.
