The growing number of EOSC CZ WG members indicates an interest in FAIR research data management issues and involvement in creating the whole ecosystem. Membership can be obtained by registering for one of the eight thematic or four cross-cutting working groups.

One person can be in multiple working groups at the same time.

Research Data Sets as a New Type of Research Output

From 2026 onwards, researchers and research institutions in the Czech Republic will be able to report their research data sets as a standalone research output of type T – Digital Data Collection in the RIV system. This represents a significant step towards recognising research data as a fully acknowledged result of scientific work and supports the principles of Open Science and FAIR data.
