For the first time, the EOSC CZ National Conference 2025 will also feature a competitive Poster Session. It is aimed both at experienced researchers with insights to share on research data management and reuse, and at students and early-career scholars with ambitious ideas.

How to Participate
You can apply for the Poster Session directly through the conference registration form. By 15 October 2025, an abstract in English (using the prescribed template) must also be submitted to poster@eosc.cz.
Based on the quality of the abstracts, the expert committee will select by 29 October 2025 the posters to be presented during the conference. Abstracts of accepted submissions will be published on the website and included in the proceedings with an ISBN, making them a recognized scientific output.

Poster Session Schedule
The Poster Session will take place on 2 December 2025, from 17:00 to 17:45, during the evening reception. Participants will have the opportunity to browse the posters over a glass of wine and engage in discussions with their authors.
Evaluation and Awards
The winners will be decided by:
- The audience – through voting by all conference participants
- The expert committee – composed of keynote speakers and members of the organizing team
Authors of the winning posters in each category will receive material prizes. The overall winner will be awarded a financial prize and featured in an interview published via EOSC CZ communication channels.
