EOSC CZ Networking
Meetings organised within EOSC CZ bring together researchers, data stewards, and institutional representatives from across the Czech Republic. They create space for sharing experiences, building new collaborations, and promoting good practices in research data management.
Introduction to the EOSC CZ initiative
As part of the networking meetings, participants are introduced to the EOSC CZ initiative and its implementation within the Czech research environment. They gain insight into the activities and outputs of EOSC CZ projects that the academic community can already use or will be able to use in the future. These include, for example:
- repositories being developed for storing and sharing research data, services and tools built on top of these repositories,
- services and tools built on top of these repositories,
- training activities and educational programmes focused on research data management and Open Science principles.
Building collaboration and sharing experience
- EOSC CZ Networking creates space for discussion among representatives of universities, researchers, data stewards, Open Science coordinators, and library and grant office staff.
- Participants can compare approaches to research data management and the implementation of Open Science principles across institutions.
- Sharing these experiences contributes to the development of Open Science and helps disseminate best practices across the Czech research environment.
