From April 16th to 17th, 2024, the traditional two-day MetaCentrum Seminar, titled "Investigators' Seminar," took place in Brno. The Secretariat of EOSC CZ was featured as one of the invited speakers, presenting its current topics and projects.
During the afternoon session of the first day of the seminar, members of the EOSC CZ initiative presented several overlapping topics through five presentations reflecting the current projects of the initiative.
Pavlína Špringerová opened the lecture block and was the lead UX designer in the NRP project. She presented the results of a questionnaire survey on satisfaction with e-INFRA CZ computing services. Then Martin Dvořák, a data analyst, presented the current state of the record of scientific publications. Michaela Capandová and her colleagues presented the timeline of the joint roadmap of NRP, e-INFRA, and ELIXIR CZ and its relevance to the scientific community. The last presentation with the topics GDI, FEGA, and SensitiveCloud was directed by Jaroslav Juráček and Michal Růžička, representatives of the Sensitive Data and Bio/Health/Food working groups.
The MetaCentrum Seminar is a traditional event where MetaCentrum colleagues and collaborators from various workplaces in the Czech Republic come together to share information, network, and strengthen friendships.
