Architecture of the National Data Infrastructure (NDI) 

The working group’s activities were formally concluded at the end of March 2026, and the active members continue to contribute to the EOSC CZ initiative through the projects that are currently being implemented.

The objective of the National Data Infrastructure Architecture working group was to design and supervise the implementation of the NDI, more specifically, the platform for data repositories and related services. These included the technical implementation of persistent identifier handling, metadata collection, indexing and retrieval, binary reliable dataset storage and the integration of these functionalities into the national e-infrastructure as a whole.
