Digital Data Collection (T) & National Metadata Directory (NMD)

This course is held in the Czech language.

Annotation: In connection with the newly approved type of result Digital Data Collection (T), it has become mandatory to include, when reporting this result to the RIV, its URL in the National Metadata Directory (NMD). The aim of the course is to introduce participants to the NMD and to familiarise them with the procedure for generating a URL for research outputs of type T. The course will also include a practical demonstration of manually entering a record into the NMD.

Language: Czech

Prerequisites: Basic familiarity with research outputs and their reporting to the RIV is recommended. No technical knowledge or prior experience with the National Metadata Directory (NMD) is required. The session is primarily intended for RIV coordinators and other users involved in reporting results to the RIV, but participants from the wider scientific community are also welcome.

Eva Špillingová

Eva Špillingová is a member of the Experience Design and Analytics team of EOSC CZ. Her work focuses on the evaluation of research at both the national and institutional levels, the relationship between research evaluation and Open Science, and bibliometrics.
