The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MSMT) is currently preparing the Open Science III call under the P JAC programme. This call will focus on strengthening human capacities in the area of FAIR data and Open Science across Czech research institutions. Supported activities are expected to include establishing institutional support for FAIR data, using services and tools of the National Data Infrastructure (NDI), and implementing communication, outreach and training activities.
Webinar on the upcoming Open Science III call
In connection with the preparation of the call, a webinar was held presenting the survey questionnaire on the absorption capacity of eligible institutions, including information on how to make the most of the potential of this call for researchers at your institutions. In addition to the planned catalogue of outputs under the Open Science III project and the related job positions, the webinar also introduced options for using EOSC CZ tools and services that are already freely available today. If needed, we offer individual consultations with EOSC CZ during the period in which the Ministry is collecting responses to the survey.
The extended deadline for completing the absorption capacity survey for eligible institutions is 10 December 2025.
